Who this policy is from
abhaygupta.in is operated by Luxury Connect Pvt Ltd, corporate office at School Site no 4, Mayfield Gardens, Block H, Sector 57, Samaspur Avenue, Gurugram 122011, Haryana, India. In the language of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Luxury Connect Pvt Ltd is the data fiduciary for any personal data described in this policy.

What this site collects
This site has no contact form, no account, no login and no payment facility. It does not ask you for your name, your email address or anything else in order to read it.
Personal data reaches us in two ways only. The first is when you choose to write to one of the email addresses published on the site. The second is ordinary technical information recorded by the web host when any browser requests a page — such as an IP address, browser type and the page requested — which is standard for every website on the internet and is not used to identify you.
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools.
If you write to us
We use what you send only to answer you and to take forward whatever you wrote about. Your message is read by Abhay Gupta and by colleagues at Luxury Connect who are handling that enquiry, and by nobody else.
We do not sell your details, rent them, or pass them to anyone for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you wrote to us. Enquiry correspondence is retained for twenty-four months and then deleted, unless it has become part of a live engagement or we are required to keep it for a longer period by law.
Where your data is held
The site is hosted by Hostinger. Both may store data on servers outside India. We do not transfer personal data to any other third party.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop using it. Write to abhay@luxuryconnect.in and we will respond within a reasonable period. You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of eighteen.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes are not applied retrospectively to correspondence already received.
